Desired Profile
  • Saviynt associate, 5-7 years of experience range for offshore. It’s urgent requirement.
  • Customer is looking for Consultant, should have Saviynt experience, around 5 to 7 years experience with design, deploy, implement, and integrate IGA platform with critical applications and infrastructure.
  • Level 4 support specialist to work as part of Saviynt's Product support team to acknowledge, troubleshoot/analyze, communicate timely and resolve tickets within agreed SLA
  • Min 4 year technical IGA experience (preferrably Saviynt)
  • Strong analytical, communications and customer service experience.
  • ITIL/ITSM training/certification is preferred
  • Saviynt L100 & L200 trainings completed preferred
  • Experience working in cloud infrastructure with understanding of AWS/Azure/GCP cloud hosting and basic networking and infrastructure knowledge is desired
  • Strong Java, J2EE, JSON,  webservices (SOAP/REST APIs),Databases, Unix, Perl/Shell scripting knowledge is required
  • SSO Integration knowledge is desired.
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as FreshDesk/FreshService/ServiceNow etc. is required.
  • Follow internal Saviynt processes for ticket assignment, resolution, tracking and updates within FreshService by collaborating with various internal teams such as product engineering, expert services, customer success, documentation, forums, field engienering.
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritize critical issues, followup with product engineering for bugs closure, understand and respond to escalations with required urgency and utmost respectful communication
  • Provide step-by-step guidance and clear explanations to clients to help them understand and implement solutions effectively
  • Document all interactions and solutions in the company's ticketing and knowledge base systems for future reference and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in internal knowledge sharing, training and reports preparation sessions as needed
  • Contribute to the development of support documentation, FAQs, and best practice guides to assist clients in self-service issue resolution
  • Contribute to root cause analysis and post-incident reports to prevent recurring issues.
  • Provide 16x5 support coverage (between 6:30 AM – 10 PM IST).
