Executes all rate locks, extensions and loan changes accurately and in a timely manner submitted by mortgage loan officers or operations team members. Registers/locks loans with specific investors as new locks require, per program, when necessary, as a Best Effort Lock.

Executes investor extensions when necessary to ensure coverage of lock through the purchase of loan. Performs data entry and maintain data integrity of investor registration/lock information.

Analyze and resolve associated operational issues associated with rate lock mismatches Provide guidance and support to the loan origination staff. Handle pricing related questions regarding policies, procedures, and investor guidelines.
